    Over the course of a single week, Scar begins having vivid recurring dreams about strange survival games set across different worlds, each one continuing where the last left off.
    At first he assumes they are only stress-induced nightmares, but as the dreams grow more detailed—and emotionally real—he starts noticing patterns, memories carrying over between them, and a growing sense that the version of himself inside those dreams is slowly becoming aware too.

    The lack of sleep begins affecting both sides of his life: his work as a professor and his nights as HotGuy.

    Grian notices almost immediately.
    Scar looks exhausted, distracted, quieter than usual.
    He wants to ask what’s wrong, but every attempt crashes and burns before it can properly begin.

    Even worse, Cuteguy starts noticing the exact same thing during patrols with HotGuy, unaware that the hero and his coworker are the same person.
