Summary
Wei Wuxian was supposed to start university.

In the original story, the proud noble Wei Wuxian loses his childhood fiance, the feared Grand Commander Lan Wangji, to a fragile illegitimate son of the emperor, Mo Xuanyu and falls into jealousy, scandal, and ruin. Knowing exactly how badly things end, Wei Ying decides on one simple survival strategy:
-Stay out of the plot.
-Avoid the male lead.
-Survive long enough to live peacefully.We all know that's not how it ends.

Summary
Knowing the marriage of his Shijie wouldn't occupy the Sects very much longer, Wei Wuxian decided it was time to move on before they targeted the Wen remnants again.
These people were his, now, and he would do anything to protect them ,but also, to see them thrive. Especially the precious A-Yuan who smiled despite the dreary enregy of the Burial Mounds.
However, trying to neutralize the Yin Tiger Seal and reinforce the barriers, an unexpected troublemaker threw his careful plans out of the window.
"Attempt the impossible" said the Jiang motto, but Wei Wuxian was unsure how to navigate his new circonstances. Luckily, in his misery, he gained a new family and maybe could he win his old one back too ? At least he would never be alone again.
