Summary
The members of Hangman’s Joke always seemed to connect beyond just playing music together. They supported and loved each other, and each other’s partners. When the news of Eric and Shelly’s murder reaches them, they’re devastated. They stay in the city and take care of Sarah as well as they can, but none have been able to find any sense of closure with the killers still on the loose.

This story is mostly going to pull from the 1994 movie, but there may be bits and pieces from the original comic and the 98-99 show The Crow: Stairway to Heaven. We’re going off of vibes here. -

It's been years since Jason trained under Slade during his time with the LoA. Years since something more started forming just before Jason was moved to his next teacher. Summary
Beetlejuice was a strange man. Well, not really a man. He was an Erinys, otherwise known as a Fury. Erinyes were Hades’ guards. His foremen. They quelled riots and punished those that stepped out of line in Hadestown so that the boss didn’t have to. Beetlejuice enjoyed his job, but he’d been doing it for as long as he could remember. He was bored. So, when an assignment came to him to escort a couple making an attempt to leave Hadestown came to him, he jumped at the opportunity. It was new. It was different.
The couple’s failure left him with another opportunity. One he couldn’t pass up. A chance at something truly new: freedom.

Summary
This is the place where all my writing practice is gonna go. I've got a few places where people can give me prompts, but feel free to use the comments sections for that as well. I do not promise to do every prompt, or that the works will be good. The goal of this series is simply to write. Any prompt I fill will have a 200 word minimum, but I'm not going to limit myself by giving a maximum. If a prompt makes me write something forever, so be it.

“He hasn't saved - you know what, never mind.” Occtis sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Julien has a particular set of people he’s very protective about. I happen to fall into that category because he needs me to get back at my family. That’s it.”
“Get back at your family.” Thimble repeats flatly. “The same family he let get away right now to burn himself for you?”
Or: Thimble realizes Julien isn't as nonchalant about Occtis as he'd like to claim. Whether or not *she* is, is absolutely besides the point

Summary
A clash with Ethrand Tachonis creates an opportunity for Occtis and Julien to become closer.
The world blurred around Occtis.
“-time of need.”
Ethrand’s voice, hoarse and a touch breathless.
Occtis rubbed at his eyes, blinking as he realized that he saw two separate fields of vision. There was the current room most of them were in, where they were fighting against the undead monstrosity built out of Hannan’s corpse.
And there was another room, further up inside the keep, where Julien Davinos was staring him dead in the eyes, Sprezzatura’s swordpoint aimed directly at him.
Not at him. At Ethrand. This- this was familiar magic to Occtis, though it hadn’t previously been in Ethrand’s possession. It had been Koral’s. As the heir, he’d had a charm attuned to him so that he could reach out and call any nearby family for aid, pulling them into his perspective so that they could locate and help him. If- if any of the rest of Occtis’s family were in this keep, they would be heading straight to Ethrand.
Occtis needed to get there first.

Summary
Grace's favorite book is Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and he finds himself returning to a certain quote. “Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.” In context, it makes a lot more sense, but it boils down to this: the universe is so massive that the chance of even bumping into a piece of debris out there, let alone another spaceship, is almost entirely impossible.
“So,” he thinks aloud, “how in the heck is there another craft out there?”
aka Grace and Rocky pick up Simon on their way back from planet Adrian, and they try to live, because what else can they do?
