I said goodbye to everyone last night, when we agreed on what's going to happen, how it's going to end. I don't want to do this, but it's the only way to destroy the Upside Down. I have to go down with it. Everyone understands that, has to accept it. But Mike won't. That's why I didn't tell him, didn't say goodbye. I would've, I really would've, but Mike wouldn't let me sacrifice myself, and I can't hold everyone back from killing Vecna and the Upside Down forever.
