If Dazai is anything, he is a perseverer. A stupidly incredible one, at that. Big deal if he passed out after taking a nasty blow. Mori will patch him up and he’ll bounce back in a few days like this was all but a ‘whoops, how silly of me!’ moment.
But he realized after he called for back-up and took Dazai’s pulse like the practice demanded that… no.
He’d… overestimated Dazai’s alleged perseverance.
Or: Dazai refuses to breathe. Chuuya has plenty of say in that matter.

Summary
Chuuya pushes himself to the point of exhaustion and faints during a mission. Dazai, noticing his partner's struggle, takes him back to his apartment and cares for him. When Chuuya wakes, he tries to resist Dazai's help, but Dazai insists he rest. Though Chuuya is reluctant, he eventually accepts the care, and the two share an unexpectedly peaceful moment without their usual banter.
