Summary
Yuna Hollander has always loved hockey, from the first time her father sat her in front of a television screen to watch a game after dinner. It was the one thing she most looked forward to passing on to her own children, and she’s grateful that Shane took to it the way he did. She’s proud of everything he’s accomplished and will accomplish, and of the man he’s becoming. So, when Shane tells her, the summer before his rookie season, that he’s gay, she’s determined to do everything she can to ensure that his identity won’t keep him from what matters most to him: hockey.
Over the course of his rookie season, Yuna helps Shane navigate the politics of the MLH and make plans for his future, a future she becomes increasingly certain is going to feature Ilya Rozanov in a starring role.- Language:

Summary
Shane Hollander has been a beast lately. And not the normal kind of beast, the kind that wins the Metros games and cups. No, he was the kind of beast that seemed to stop at nothing to completely zap all the energy of those around him and push himself way past his breaking point. After two months of this, J.J. gets fed up and steals "Lily's" number from his captain's phone, also checking his text history to see if there was anything suspicious. What he finds will not only change his best friend's relationship, but his own too.
Title is from “Perfect” by One Direction.

Summary
“So. The plan,” Ilya says eventually. “What should we do? Should you request a trade to Ottawa?”
Shane pulls himself back, just enough so he can meet Ilya’s eyes. He had considered that, on the car ride over. Considered waiving his No-Movement Clause for the Centaurs.
But then, he began to consider waiving it for a different team in a different city. A city that already has a house for them to share.
Ottawa made sense before, when it seemed like the only option for the two of them to be closer together.
But now?
“I could,” Shane says. “Or, I could request a trade to Boston.”
Or: it’s the Spring of 2018. A locker room incident disguised as a prank outs Shane, and his teammates discover his relationship with a rival NHL player— a player that Shane refuses to disclose the identity of.
In the following months, it becomes obvious that Montreal can no longer be a home for Shane.
Boston, however, just might be.

What happened in Montreal?
Following an infamous incident at the Bell Centrer on 10/21/2015, the entirety of the Montreal Metros team has been benched, and all future games tabled indefinitely, all pending the conclusion of an “investigation.” The nature of this investigation has been kept tightly under wraps. There has been no comment and no appearances from a single member of the Metros team or management . With preseason heating up, and the days turning to weeks, the question burns in Montreal, where are the Metros?
Following a mysterious incident in the Metros stadium, no one knows what happened or where Shane Hollander is. After months of speculation and silence, all are surprised when Shane is traded to Boston. Something has changed, everything has. Ilya just wishes someone would tell him what was happening.
