Summary
Shane had been pent up lately.
Due to the incident on the ice that nearly left him incapacitated with a broken collarbone, rendering him trapped in a sling for weeks, he had been unable to properly relieve himself. He was going stir crazy being cooped up in the house, having to take it easy. He couldn't even get on the ice as much as he wanted. He had never spent this much time away from hockey and it was making him feel restless.
