The Ghost King has been sent to Hurricane, Utah to bring every lost soul tied to the Fazbear name to where they belong—the Underworld.
One soul on the list is in written in red ink and underlined three times; William Afton. Co-founder, father of three, divorcee, and murderer. Even worse, a child murderer.
This issue has been bugging Hades for years now, as vengeful spirits will not pass until they have seen their murderer pass on, so he gives his son this assignment.
Nico di Angelo is in for a difficult mission.

In hindsight, Sam should have known this was a bad idea.
You see, Sam was supposed to stay at this school and act like a normal kid until his dad and brother finished up a longer case— but when a bunch of kids show up with weapons and fight off supernatural creatures his plans start to go sideways.
Oh, and did he mention the Greek Goddess of the Hunt who looks younger than him?

Percy is pissed.
This mission was supposed to be easy, they just had to sneak into this school and help Grover recruit some demigods. Nothing else.
But no, they just had to get attacked by Luke's goons, causing Annabeth to get thrown off a cliff. Then Bianca couldn't even wait to get to camp before choosing to join the Hunters and leave her little brother to get used to a whole new world alone.
Now Nico won't stop asking questions Percy doesn't have the nerve to answer AND there's a supposed third guy— who might not even be demigod— they just happened to pick up.
Can his life get more difficult?
He doesn't want the answer to that.
