It doesn’t go away; she figured that much within days, static playing at the back of her mind, drowning voices, suffocating everything (how long did it take, for Michael’s lungs to be filled to the brim, for him to slowly sink at the bottom—) until they’re a familiar distortion.
Everyone forgets (well, mostly) except for her. Isn’t it the kind of ending she hoped for? For that endless night (she stopped keeping count after loop 420—come on, it’s a little bit funny, Ren would have found this endearing) to finally end with the glow of that cold morning. Happily ever after, ferry ride causing something in her stomach to churn (and sink, like Michael, like the Kanaloa—), radio imprinted against her palm so hard it ripped skin off, leaving blood stains against plastic.

Summary
The nurses do those exercises with Tsunayoshi’s body, folding his legs and moving his limbs so his muscles don’t atrophy beyond a salvageable point. At first, Nana was in charge of that treatment, carefully holding that exhausted shell of a body. He’s not quite in a coma, although he cannot eat on his own, nor does he manage to do more than blink from time to time when he’s awake, gaze fixated on the plaster ceiling.
She smiles until her gums hurt, repeating it’s fine.
Her real child will be back soon, his husband is on the way with him.They went to the park with Tsuna’s (not) grandfather, and it’s a beautiful day, so they’re probably having such a fun time together!
Does she have a family which could help with Tsunayoshi? Has she received any news from her estranged husband?
