Summary
Finally, Astrid makes it to her floor. With a sigh of relief, she pushes through the door to her hallway and heads towards Room 83, already aching for her bed.
She freezes ten feet from the door.
There’s a sock on the door knob.
A neon pink, zebra print sock hanging from the door knob of the only thing standing between her and her bed.
No. Not tonight. She can’t have—
A loud grunt sounds from inside her room, followed by an even louder and more obscene moan.
Oh my god. This could not be happening.
Or: Astrid comes home after a long day of studying to find her dorm room is occupied. Desperate for sleep and on the verge of a stress-fuelled breakdown, she calls her new boyfriend Hiccup begging for a place to stay. Awkwardness, hilarity and cavity-inducing fluff ensue.

Hallucination, right? Has to be. But then Stoick pressed his axe close enough to graze the bottom of Hiccups chin and nope, nope, not a hallucination. “I— I don’t understand.”
“Did the dragon get you? Have you seen it?”
“Dragon,” Hiccup repeated numbly. Dragon. He knew that word. Definitely knew it. It sure sounded familiar. “Dr—Dragon! The dragon. Right, um, yes, right, uh— Yellow scales, four wings… that dragon?”
“Are there other dragons about?” It wasn’t a rhetorical or teasing question, but a man asking how many enemies were around him.
“No, uh. No. I just… I saw it crash into the ground and— wait, you crashed with it?” Hiccup suddenly realized. “What were you doing with that dragon?!”
Stoick leaned back from Hiccup just long enough to raise his axe. “What do you think I was trying to do, boy?”

Summary
Five years after Hiccup flees Berk to avoid having to kill the Monstrous Nightmare, Drago Bludvist is knocking down Berk's door. He never expected to see the others again, let alone for them to ask for his help. Only, they didn't know it was him. They knew him as the mysterious dragon rider with the Night Fury and their only hope at saving Berk.
Drago was coming after Berk because of Hiccup, which meant that this war was his responsibility. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third was about to come back to life in the eyes of everyone in Berk. But now he was stronger, faster, older, taller, more confident, and a great fighter. He could take down Drago Bludvist, it was his father he was worried about. And Astrid Hofferson. The two scariest people on Berk.
