Dazai laughed breathlessly, even as his legs began to betray him. “Wow….straight to drugging me? In least ask me out for dinner first”
Fyodor caught him before he hit the ground, one arm wrapping around his back with almost gentle care for someone who was right now drugging their rival.

"Oh—dazai-kun still joking even while being drugged." He mused.

Dazai’s vision blurred at the edges. The blood-stained ground tilted again, heavier this time. He clenched his jaw, forcing his brian to stay alert.
But then—it clicked..
"Oh..Your....kidnapping me.."

The room would have accepted the excuse without a second thought if it wasn't for the fact that America's hair was limp and unkempt, darker at the roots from missed washes. His skin was pale, almost sallow, and the dark circles under his eyes looked like bruises. The very sight immediately sent quiet alarm bells ringing in Japan’s mind.
Their eyes met, just for a second.
America flinched and looked away.
That brief glance said everything. It wasn’t embarrassment. It was guilt.
Canada noticed too. He always did. Chewing on the inside of his cheek, too unsure to speak.
England noticed most of all. How could he not?He’d practically raised the boy. How could he not see the slumped posture, the hollow brightness in his voice. None of it was right.

Dazai huffed, stupid Kunikida with his stupid advice. He wished it was that simple, that he could just lay down in his futon, close his eyes and sleep. But it wasn't. His head was too fast, always thinking about something no matter what. It was annoying and so very tiring always being on alert 24/7.
"Whatever, Kunikida's so mean.." Dazai mumbled as he grabbed his pen and got to work.
