Summary
Happy Endings and Tragedies seem like two opposing ends of a spectrum. But who said that Tragedies are the final chapter of a story.
For someone who thought his ending was a funny tragedy, this seemingly happy story feels too overwhelming.
Or: I killed my favorite character so he can finally be pampered in a proper family.
Or or: A prince of the stage is finally a proper prince.
(This is considered my first official work, and I still have no idea how AO3 works, so forgive my lack of proper tags.)

That day’s meeting was… different.

It was, of course, Hermes who eventually broke the silence, finally too fed up to let it fester any longer, like some wound left untreated aside from slapping a simple band-aid over it, like that would do fucking anything.
“So, we all had the same nightmare, right? Or at least the same kind of nightmare?” The god asked, voice unnaturally devoid of all emotion. It left him just sounding tired as his eyes burned holes into the floor of the room.
