Halloran-Voss made an amenity for every occasion — cheerful, and built to last. The company's gone now; you can't find it, and nobody quite remembers ordering the thing out on the lawn, or the one built into the back alcove, or any of the rest of them, the round hopeful lettering on the plate gone green and half worn away. Each story leaves a machine running in some ordinary place set up for a good time, and follows whoever decided that was fine. Nothing to arrange, nothing to return — everyone goes home. Summary
In the future, to help increase the downfall of population, the government took the initiative 'Euphoria'. In this, men can bang any woman eligible of getting pregnant(usually of ages 14-40) without asking for consent. They can do it anywhere, whenever they want, however they want as long as the woman gets pregnant.
To even make sure that men participate more and increase the population, the government even hosts auctions in which women are sold to breeders. More initiative inclued banning women clothes or banning consent from a women.
Hence, Euphoria.
