Pain, suffering, and loss are what you get when you are closer to divinity than most. For all his life it felt like the same cycle, crushing loss and harship followed by brief reprises of happiness. And damn, was Percy tired of it. It had cost him more than he knew how to articulate. But maybe, just maybe, he could learn to live with it. To move on, to find something or someone that made everything he sacrificed worth it.

Percy is going through it after his relationship with a grey eyed demigoddess doesn't work out. Percy is grappling with the fact that his blood is more gold than he likes. Pairing is undecided for now, but leaning Percy/Artemis. Who knows though, things could change. My first fic!

Wow. Just wow. 💯/💯
Percy stays a bit longer with the Romans before the Greeks arrive. Poseidon helps return his memories. 7 Quest. Percy explores his water and earth shaker powers. Tartarus- Percy kills Akhlys and gets the power to control poison. Annabeth afraid and breaks up with him. Quest continues. Gaea traps the Gods. 7 return to camp. Percy kills Gaea and gets close to death, wearing away at the barrier between mortality and divinity. 7 given boons. Jason and Percy ask for boons for the sake of the other Gods. Percy asks for about 5 though and gets away with it. Angry with Hera and let’s her know where they stand (after killing a goddess and primordial). Artemis cares for Percy. We’ll see where it goes.

She would believe it when someone who was actually there told her something useful. Put simply, Drew Tanaka doesn’t know Percy Jackson, so she has no reason to seek him out.

Summary
Instead of causing a hurricane in the East Atlantic, Percy kneels beside his fireplace, and scrapes the carefully-selected cheeses, pomegranates, figs, and other assorted fruits into the flames. He bows his head as smoke begins to billow, clasps his hands together, and prays.
Eros, he prays. I have an offer for you, if you're interested. But I think you will be.
That's all it takes, before Percy feels an uncharacteristic brush of wind against the skin of his neck, and a pulse of heat, near his couch.
"I must say," a low, sultry voice says from behind him. It's almost purring, and maybe it's an effect of the god's aura, his domains, but it sends a shiver across Percy's skin nonetheless. "I didn't expect such a delicious offering from Perseus Jackson."
Or: Apollo dumps him in favor of a pretty celebrity, and Percy is both petty and very pissed-off. Instead of taking the high road, Percy does the one thing he knows would bother Apollo most: become Eros's new paramour.
Except maybe he was a little too impulsive — because what was a way to get back at Apollo becomes a surprise sweeter than expected, and he isn’t as over Percy as he thought.

So amazing!!!
Percy and Annabeth amicably split. Percy and Apollo together for 2.5 years. Apollo cheats and Percy finds out through an article. Percy fakes a relationship with Eros to get back at Apollo as he hates him. Both open to the idea that it’s more real. Eros loves the way Percy loves and was prepared to find him the right person before he realises he can take a chance and be with him. His doves love Percy. He does more in a week to comfort Percy about the idea of godhood than Apollo ever did. Apollo find out about them and kills his fling in his anger. Apollo finds them at a club and takes Eros away.

Summary
One seemingly insignificant moment changes everything, and Ilya applies for a Green Card in the shadow of the 2014 Olympics. It starts a domino effect that culminates in one night, in Shane Hollander's cottage. A plan is made, but it's so different than what could've been. No Ottawa.
Then, the Metros show their true (very homophobic) face, and Shane quickly realises he needs a new team, not just for their plan, but for himself too.
Thankfully, there is a team that's not only looking for fresh blood, but has a very accepting Captain. Not to mention extremely hot (and Russian) too.

Ilya applied for a US green card after 2014. Got a new agent. On route for citizenship. 2017 cottage era- Shane more open with Ilya and willing to move to US because he knows about Ilya’s citizenship almost there. They get married with their agents as witnesses. No family reveal and Shane doesn’t trust any of his team.
