Summary
The 100 Year War has come to an end but Team Avatar is not done yet. Restoring peace and harmony to the world will require more time to achieve. The other nations are weary of the new Fire Lord, uncertain of his allegiances. In an attempt to resolve this, Team Avatar sets out to rebuild international relations. While the group is away, a mysterious organization sparks civil unrest within the Fire Nation. Over the course of this autumn season, earth-shattering discoveries will be made and well-kept secrets will be revealed. The young heroes will be faced with difficult choices, the fate of the world depending on those very decisions. Perhaps by keeping their minds and hearts open, they will find their destinies.

Summary
What if Sokka took up a power that he did not understand? What would it cost? And what would his family do to save him?
What if Azula had been shown another way? If someone had helped her, could she find her own redemption?
Underlying theme: The dereliction of duty and the consequences thereof, and that if you hold to your convictions and are resolved in your duty you will find salvation.
This takes place in the universe in which Aang did not use Sokka's jerky as fire stater in episode three, and the butterfly effect is strong indeed.

This is a thing that divide me. Cause I don't like Godzilla's franchise, but I love AtlA.
And I'm very critical about comics/graphic novels and the sequel LoK, especially for the great Retcons and the exagerated transformations of all AtlA's ideas, Just to support the Libertarian Ideology of Di Martino, a guy who has never became mature man and Who doesn't understand relationship over the friendship, and his friend Konietzko, a weak person without spine for stopping his arrogant friend. They made the same mistakes of G.R.R. Martin, and they had destroyed their work to feel the sensation of being "Great Authors". Sadly, they will never change and will never understand their mistakes, except Konietzko but Always trying to justify them indeed to take the responsability of doing the Right Thing.
But US, the real authors, we can do what they will never do, and we can learn from their mistakes not just for our personal fantasies, but for our Future Works and Story.
And this writer is a Real Author.
