“Come on! It’s almost 11:30! You don’t want to miss break time, do you?” the older man asked, already starting to walk backwards down the hallway. Lance’s blue eyes widened and all of his tiredness instantly disappeared as he quickly glanced down at the clock on his computer.
“Oh shit, I can’t believe I almost missed break time,” he said as he scrambled up from his desk and stumbled after Adam.
In the two years he’d been here, Lance had discovered that there were many perks to working at Altea Finance: the hours were flexible, his supervisor, Adam Wright, was amazing to work with and learn from, his commute from home wasn’t too bad, and he generally got along with almost everyone in the office (except James, but he’s a dick, so no body likes him). But the thing Lance loved most about this job was the little break time ritual almost everyone in this area of the office took part in.

Keith was about to ask what those other methods were when he finally saw Lance arrive. And he nearly destroyed the glass he was holding.

Summary
Lance loves being an omega. But, unfortunately, society does not love that Lance is an omega.
Still, society's beliefs have never been enough to keep Lance from doing what he wants. So, he fakes his way through life as a beta. He attends the Garrison, meets his best bro, discovers his sworn rival, and becomes the blue paladin of Voltron, all while ignoring his true dynamic.
However, as the fight between the Galra and Voltron intensifies, tensions begin to run high on the castle ship and Lance finds his situation becoming increasingly precarious. With his supplies running low and feelings of insecurity developing, the young omega discovers that both his secret and his position are more important to the fate of the galaxy than anyone ever imagined.

“Dude, what’s wrong?”
“Nothing,” Keith grunts. His arms are crossed so tightly that it looks painful.
“Are you sick?” Lance asks. “‘Cause no offense, but you look terrible.”
He watches as Keith’s nostrils flare, and his eyes fall shut for a few moments. He even takes a deep breath, like he’s praying for patience.
Or: Keith accidentally injests an alien aphrodasiac in the middle of a banquet. Apparently, there's only one cure.
