Cale Henituse was not given a fair lot in life. Neither was Kim Rok Soo. That's why The God of Death is giving them the chance to live the lives they were originally supposed to. He thought of just playing musical souls and switching them out here and there to save the world but honestly, why should he only save the world? They deserved the chance to live happily as they had been intended. Besides, it was half his fault it all went wrong to begin with.

But Alberu chuckled. Low, warm, rumbling from his chest like thunder wrapped in velvet. He shifted Hyuna higher in his arms, one large hand rubbing her back. "Sorry, manager. Looks like my daughter missed me."
The words hung in the air. Photographers blinked. Fans gasped. A stylist dropped a powder puff.
"Daughter?" someone echoed. Hyuna peeked out, sniffling, her rich dark brown skin flushed from crying, gray eyes locking on Cale. She waved weakly.
