Summary
Look up at the stars, what do you see? Tiny specks of light we've quantified as dead or slowly dying? A deep void of darkness in which unknown horrors lurk? A vast frontier of new discoveries and adventure? For me, I see an endless expanse of possibilities...it gives me hope in a way. No matter how far out of reach it may seem, it is out there...it has to be and if it is out there then that means I can find it! I don't know how far I'll have to go or how long it will take, but I'll find what I'm looking for and in the end isn't the journey the best part of it all?

Lapis Lazuli is an art teacher and swim coach at W. Diamond Highschool in Beach City. She’s worked there for only three years, but already has a reputation for being the coolest teacher in the school. With her electric blue hair, tattoos, dark sense of humor, and tendency to get in on student gossip, it’s easy to see how she earned that status. Despite her popularity at work, Lapis’ personal life is none to be desired. She is trapped in an incredibly toxic relationship, at least she was until today.

Summary
After a perilous excursion into an Era One Laboratory, Lapis and Peridot are mysteriously poofed and reformed.
But something's wrong. Why is Lapis complaining about her pants? Why does Peridot look like she'd too tired to deal with anything? And why do they keep calling each other their own names?
With some wires definitely crossed, minds switched around, and any other turn of phrase to describe their situation, Lapis and Peridot are gonna learn first hand all the benefits of how the other side lives... with a chance to encounter some of the drawbacks too.
