Ixchel, ese era su nombre; así la nombro su amiga Nelli Zapata Müller antes de que se uniera a Eywa. Les hizo prometer a Norm y Jake que la cuidarían en su lugar: amarla, educarla y enseñarle a protegerse.
Jake Sully no podía negarse a ello, se lo debía a sus dos amigos. Nelli estuvo con ellos desde que aterrizaron en Pandora, formó parte de su equipo y de su familia provisional cuando se unió al equipo avatar. Y se lo debía a Tsu'tey, que no pudo estar en vida con Nelli y conocer a la hija que había concebido con su amiga, una hermana para Jake.
Para algunas personas el destino es algo que ya está escrito y para otras es algo que uno construye.
El destino (el camino) que Ixchel forma es incierto, pero algo es seguro, marcó un antes y después en la familia de Toruk Makto; como hija adoptiva de Jake y Neyitiri, y como hermana y amiga de los hijos de la familia Sully. Su destino se entrelazo con cada uno de ellos.

Summary
Hunter had been trained to kill in hundreds of ways. During his service with the GAR, he had destroyed every type of droid, separatist leader, and lifeform in between that was deemed a threat. He had been shot, stabbed, tortured, blown up on multiple occasions. But for some reason, the idea of being Omega's ori'vod, or Force forbid her buir, scared him more than anything the war had ever thrown his way.
Or, Hunter learns what it takes to raise Omega.
