Summary
Years after the war, Zuko summons Sokka to the Fire Nation with news of something long thought lost: Sokka’s meteorite sword.
What begins as a temporary visit becomes a slow reconstruction of friendship, trust, and belonging. As Sokka is drawn into palace life, family, politics, and Zuko’s increasingly personal attention, he must confront a question more difficult than any diplomatic crisis: whether he can accept a place in someone’s life that he did not earn through usefulness.
A postwar slow-burn romance about recovery, cultural misunderstanding, chosen family, and building a life spacious enough to hold more than one home.
Revised and expanded edition of the original Ashes & Wine.

Summary
The Emperor has decreed that a group of peace-making beauties be sent to marry into the ranks of the Huns, as a gesture of unity and fraternity towards the now defeated tribe, their new allies.
Hua Mulan goes along as an escort. Shan Yu finds this, and her ever increasing anger at him, endlessly amusing.

Summary
Winter, 1871.
After her husband’s death, Mulan lives alone on a remote homestead built on stolen frontier land, surviving harsh winters, hostile settlers, and the quiet guilt of a country expanding over graves.
One storm-filled night, she finds a wounded stranger hiding in her barn.
The man is Shan Yu — an Indigenous war leader hunted by soldiers, feared by settlers, and whispered about like a ghost story along the frontier.
Mulan should turn him in.
Instead, she lets him stay.
As the mountains close around them and violence creeps ever nearer, Mulan is forced to question everything she has survived for — and whether mercy toward a dangerous man will destroy her… or save what remains of her soul.Bookmarked by ScarletNahla

Summary
When the Chinese Empire secures a fragile peace treaty with the Mongols through a future marriage alliance, the bride promised to the Khan’s heir is chosen years before either side ever sees her face.
The Imperial Court considers that an advantage.
Because when the time finally comes to deliver the “princess,” the Emperor sacrifices someone far easier to replace instead: Hua Mulan, a palace servant trained to obey, disappear, and keep secrets.
But Shan Yu is not the ignorant brute the court expected to deceive.
And Mulan was never as invisible as they believed- Language:
