Summary
Slight S6 E3 AU: Danny catches Catherine before she leaves and has some choice words for her. It doesn’t really change anything, but Danny doesn’t think she should get to leave the island without facing her actions. (with bonus: Danny’s thoughts during the world’s dumbest shovel talk)
AKA: You absolutely cannot convince me that Danny, a detective of like, well over 10 years, bought ANYTHING Catherine said at the lookout, and he DEFINITELY would have had words for her before she left.
(This story isn't super kind to Catherine, but it's because the story is mostly Danny being angry that his friend is being hurt. Which, you know, fair. And the viewers know it was hard for Catherine, but Danny's priority is Steve, so it makes sense to me that he wouldn't feel sympathetic towards Cath.)

Even Tim, at the Grand Old age of eight wasn't foolish enough to try twice in a day, so he cleaned his things and left the basement, unsatisfied.With his sudden dizziness, he wouldn't even be able to try and find Batman tonight.
It fit, he supposed. His parents didn't want him and made it clear he wouldn't be part of the family without a good familiar (damn uncle Eddie and his slightly magical neon blue chicken). Why would a magical creature want him either?

Summary

The FBI gets him out, but the damage follows him into a Denver ICU, where ventilators, chest tubes, and ugly fevers do their best to finish what Boss Maddox started—and Reenie’s hands in his hair, on his chest, and wrapped around his mangled fingers are the only thing anchoring him to the surface.
As December slides toward Christmas, Colter fights his way through sedation, setbacks, and the kind of vulnerability he’s spent a lifetime avoiding, while Reenie makes him a deal: he doesn’t leave the hospital unless he comes home with her. Bruised, stitched, and stubborn, he’s dropped into the chaos of family holiday dinner and, for the first time in a long time, starts to wonder if “home” might be less about where he parks the Airstream and more about whose hands are on him when the monsters are finally gone.
