Summary
Now that he’s had a helping hand of sorts to open this realm of possibilities to him, his body isn’t too keen on stopping, and his ass gives a clench around his fingers to state this fact to him. Yuuji’s chest heaves with a large intake of breath as he fights to calm himself, the pain radiating from his fingers as he strains to hold himself up in such a precarious angle. He leans backwards a little bit more, leaning into the smooth stretch of pain as his fingers delve deeper, stretching him a little bit more as he scissors his hole open for… what? He finds his mind wandering to what his final plan was after all of this – he turns up with nothing, as if all of this wasn’t his own thoughts to begin with. He realizes with a terrified thought that maybe, just maybe… the thought wasn’t.

Summary
He starts realizing that his uncle actually remembers everything. That if Yuuji brings up a cold from a few years ago, Sukuna will correct him on the month, the day, even what he prescribed.
It's a little unsettling, but Yuuji decides not to pick on it, lets it scab and fade. If he were forced to dwell on that impulse, he would say it's what Sukuna would have instructed him to do. Don't disturb it.
As Yuuji’s physician, Sukuna has spent years quietly but possessively recording his nephew’s body. His obsession comes to a head when Yuuji appears in his clinic bloodied and bruised. Bearing the “claim” of someone else on his face, Yuuji is forced to confront the violence of being wanted.
