Halfway through his question, Xie Lian freezes. His words seem to get stuck halfway up his throat, instead being replaced by a soft, nearly inaudible 'ah.'
Hua Cheng props an arm casually against his broom. "Mm? What is it, gege?"
As he speaks, Hua Cheng tilts his head slightly. Xie Lian's gaze follows the movement. His attention is ensnared by the crown of Hua Cheng's head—or rather, the area just above it. A space that was normally empty, but now….

For the first time since the fall of Jun Wu, Mount Tonglu experiences a small disturbance. It produces an interesting result, and a series of revelations.
