Tartarus is small. An inescapable cell for a single prisoner. But the tales about it's purpose are not false.

What was initially meant to be a simple day at the clinic, helping his girlfriend Tae with her medical drugs, ends up taking an unexpected turn when Kawakami arrives at the clinic as well for a check-up, much to Ren's tense dismay. Not because he's worried about his teacher finding out about what he and Tae get up to.
But because of the fact that he's also dating Kawakami as well. A fact that neither lady is aware of.
Just when he thinks this awkward situation can't get any worse. A sudden injection to the neck by Tae leads Ren down a path he'll never be able to come back from. As many secret & intentions are brought to light.
