    Summary

Bari puts the flower in one of her coat’s many pockets. “I'll take good care of your rose, my prince.” She winks.

“Please don't call me that,” the prince turns her head away.

“What about my lord then?” Bari teases.

Sancho bristles. “That's a title reserved for Father.”

    “Pfft. You're so cute.”

That causes Sancho's hackles to raise. Her thin pupils already makes her cat-like, Bari can easily imagine the cat ears and tail raised in aggression.

“Bloodfiends are not cute.” Sancho says with a tone of finality. Bari laughs behind her hand, she’s feeling sated after the kisses so she’ll give her little bloodfiend some slack now.

Despite the danger of entangling herself with someone like Bari and despite being able to end the bloodfiend's life with a flick of her wrist, Sancho can't help but feel love blossoming under her ribs.

(In a few years, no amount of want will make things right again.)

Of flowers, blood, and the past that will haunt Don Quixote for as long as she breathes.

    Summary

For this reason, Araya had only ever seen her grandmother in rare glimpses of white and pale blue. The two were never in the same area together long enough for Araya to even attempt to peer behind her veil, hoping that if she stared hard enough, she would be able to make out a face. Or anything at all.

The curiosity ate away at her. But even if it ended up consuming her completely, she had decided it was a line not to be crossed. Both Araya and Ryoshu were content in keeping it that way.

    Summary

Mafuyu was a medical student. She should have known better than to be reading an unrealistic fantasy novel when she should instead be studying for her exams. Was it not too cruel a punishment to teleport her into said novel though? Stranded in Hinomori, a land where the technology lagged hundreds of years behind the world she had previously known, Mafuyu's only hope of survival was to cling onto Shizuku, the princess whose life she had inadvertently saved on her first day there. But was their encounter really a mere coincidence? Or was there a deeper reason for their intertwined fates?

    Summary

Rumi’s a piece of wreckage drifting in the ocean, drifting from memory to memory, scene to scene, life to life, without direction or purpose. She’s been pulled under the tides, flooded from floor to ceiling, and should have sank a long time ago.

    Instead, she floats.

Rumi dies when she goes to Celine.

That should have been the end.

    It isn’t.

Or: A Rumi-centric deathloop fic featuring Jinu as Rem, Celine as a projection of asian parenthood, and an author who regrets nothing.
