The fact that the Sun's rays seemed to bend their backs like that of flowers' stems to ensure Ze looked just...well, um...eye-catching, wasn't convenient. It honestly wasn't really convenient in any situation to find your worst frienemy attractive, to be frank. Jesus Christ, Regect has had enough of talking in circles with this guy. He isn’t surprised; this is how a good ninety-percent of his conversations with Z culminate. “Uh, because you’re an idiot and forgot to shut your door? Why else?”
Z looks like he’s bitten into a lemon for a moment. Regect almost laughs until he spots how tightly Z’s hands are clenched at his sides, a nervous tic of his. They’re supposed to be angry at each other, aren’t they? “I thought you were going to come in,” confesses Z in the world’s smallest voice.
