Summary
Sometimes I just need a story in which Luke and Mara fall in love and live happily ever after. In case you do too, I challenged myself to write a collection of Luke and Mara romances: one for each day of February, because February seems to be the generally accepted month of romance.
This is the romance equivalent of an advent calendar. The stories are varied but they are all one -offs and I do not shy away from hand waving some details if they're outside my skillset: “Gee that was quite a space battle we all just fought in, but it's over now so there's no need to describe it.”
Some are short and drabbleish, some are a bit longer. Some are pure candy coated fluff. Some are smutty. Some are just sweet. Some are angsty. Some are comedic.
I will endeavour to make the tags very clear so no one is surprised by unwanted sexy times - or unwittingly deprived of desired smut.
But they all end with a happy couple because we all need something to count on.

Summary
Why is Luke Skywalker embarking on a botanical expedition to Tatooine, of all places? Suffering from PTSD in the aftermath of his ordeal on the Eye of Palpatine and mourning the loss of two very different women, a mad quest for Force-sensitive trees on his home planet sounds vastly more appealing than another two months of a silent meditation retreat in the Yavin rainy season--even if it does nothing to fix his personal problems.
Yet between surprise attacks, evasive maneuvers, and long, drawn-out heart-to-hearts, Luke is surprised to discover that he feels better than he has in a long time.
And that's before they even make it to Tatooine.

He's unfocused during the rest of the day's training, turning the name over in his mind. He's pretty certain he's never met anyone named Mara, but the name feels oddly familiar all the same, and he's trying to meditate but mostly racking his brain — a pilot in a different wing, maybe? A friend of a friend? A name he's caught in a Holonet broadcast, even? — when Yoda raps him on the shoulder with his cane and says sharply, "Distracted, you are."
Inspired by a tumblr post: your enemy’s name on one wrist and your soulmate on the other. no clue which is which. hope it’s not the same name on both wrists.
When the markings on Luke's wrists finally come in, one reads Mara. The other reads Jade.
