    Two weeks pass between the events of 1x02 and the end of 1x03 and, in that time, Leo makes an effort to get to know Billy (for reasons that have nothing to do with the encounter they shared between the Tooth Fairy's demise and their squabble in front of The Duck and Quiver).

    Billy, meanwhile, holds fast to his resentment and suspicion, stubbornly tamping down on the attraction he harbors for Leo, and rebuffs all of Leo's friendly advances. Of course, Billy seethes with jealousy isn't pleased when Leo and Bea start getting chummy as a result.

    Things come to a head when Billy and Leo are thrown together during the Tarot Murders at Mycroft Holmes' country estate.
