Summary
Kirishima Eijirou is a very lovable person. This is a fact, a very obvious one too. He spreads so much love and joy so it is only natural others would reciprocate and hold him in high regard. His smile could light up a room and take the breath away of anyone who is blessed enough to interact with him. Bakugou Katsuki knows this fact better then anyone else. As his best friend, he is often on the receiving end of Kirishima's constant affection and bright smiles. Falling in love with him was inevitable. Throughout his life, Bakugou has had to swallow many hard pills (both literally and figuratively), but knowing that he is nothing special to Kirishima and has no chance of being loved the way he wants to be...It might just prove to be the toughest one yet.
Alternatively,
Bakugou believes Kirishima does not care for him in the same way he cares about everyone else, if at all. It all started when Kirishima started complimenting and saying "I love you" to everyone he comes across. Everyone except for Bakugou is always on the receiving end. It's never him. Bakugou knows that he's admired by the red head. But admiration is not the same as love.

“I’m not pining,” Ryusui mutters.
“You’re pining,” Chrome says, dropping into a nearby chair. “You’re being all broody.”
“How am I being broody? I’m fine. Look at me, being fine.”
“You have tragic protagonist energy right now,” Gen says, matter-of-fact. “All that staring off into the middle distance and sighing? It’s like reading Jane Austen. Honestly, I thought you were gonna be the suave one in the group.”
Ryusui groans, leaning his head back against the chair. “I am the suave one.”
“Then go be suave at Ukyo if you want to smooch him that bad,” Chrome says, as if it’s obvious.
“He might be in love with Sai,” Ryusui says miserably, and yeah, okay, maybe he’s a sad sack.

Ryusui's twenty-nine, and the world is rebuilding. He's also in love with Ukyo, but Ukyo's spending a lot of time with Sai, and Ryusui's not sure what to do. Three of the Five Wise Generals are unhelpful.

“Oh my god,” Senku groans, “just spit it out already, I’m hungry.”
Tsukasa, never being one to beat around the bush, is the one who says it
“We believe you two are in love. Mn.”
Gen feels his jaw drop. Next to him Senku goes very still.

Summary
Gen always made the first move. Kissing, hugging, holding hands, he was the one initating it. He didn't mind, really. Senku wasn't keen on showing affection, whether it was through words or actions.
Gen knew he loved him, and that was all that mattered. He loved Senku too, and he knew what he was getting into when starting this relationship.
But when Senku does initiate any kind of contact or intimate touching, Gen's brain just fully stop.
