Summary
Before his third year of Hogwarts has even begun, Harry faces three whole weeks of unsupervised time in Diagon Alley. In that time he takes a trip to Gringotts - and that changes everything.
Burdened with the knowledge that Dumbledore has been blocking his family magic, and manipulating far more than he ever thought possible, Harry doesn't know who he can trust; but he knows he can't keep going that way. There's a whole world of lore and politics and history to catch up on, and the more he learns, the more Harry realises his true place in the world, and how much is being kept hidden from him. All the while, Dumbledore's twinkling eyes are constantly watching, and Harry can't let on how much he knows.
With help from unexpected places, Harry starts on a journey to end the war, and reshape the wizarding world. With how much he looks like James Potter, people have forgotten one important thing about him - he is Lily Evans' son, and she was one hell of a witch.

Summary
AU where Severus Snape is tasked with retrieving Harry Potter from his relatives in the summer before Harry's 5th year rather than the other Order members.
Also featuring: a supportive Remus and Sirius, a sassy and devoted pet snake, a stable Golden Trio, Professor Harry Potter, and a really cool (and possibly sentient?) library.
In other words, this is OOTP but better.

Summary
When Harry finds an injured Snape on his doorstep and must hide him from the Dursleys, he has no idea that this very, very bad day will be the start of something good.
Harry and Snape are thrown together by annoying relatives, a series of strange dreams, and Voldemort's latest hunt for Harry, but their greatest challenge may well be surviving each other. This will be a long summer unless the two can find a way to work together. A slow-burn enemy-to-mentor story.
Alternate 6th summer (and part of the school year): post-OotP; ignores HBP and DH. No slash, no romance. NOW COMPLETE!

Summary
After the events at the ministry at the end of fifth year, Harry has had enough. The prophecy, abusive relatives, losing Sirius...he is done and in despair. He ends up having a breakdown in Dumbledore's office and Snape steps in, determined to help the broken boy. Together with his godson Draco, they must convince Harry not to give up and in doing so, a family is formed.
