Charlie Slimecicle's life gets invaded by his own characters, and some of them aren't as friendly as the rest. Now he needs to find a way to get them back where they came from, and a particular smiling ball of goo might have something to do with that.
But his friends can help, right? Well, maybe they could if he wasn't so insistent on handling it all himself...

|| The very first memory she had was floating. There wasn’t much left from that memory but she remembered being small. She was so small and her fingers didn’t work quite right and when she reached out in front of her, she rested her palms on glass. She was moving through some sort of liquid.
Underwater. She was underwater. But she didn’t know how to swim. She was going to drown.
She learned panic that day. ||

|| She remembered the plane crash. It felt a little something like the earthquake that had trapped her inside.
She was crushed under the weight of rubble and her own grief. The image of Pomme reaching out for them desperately and never being able to reach them was holding her down.
Baghera wished for death. So wholly and completely. She wished to die, drowning in her grief and the pain tearing her apart into thousands of pieces. ||
A very long, very Baghera-centric fic. Aka, I was writing post-Purgatory 1 angst for Baghera and Cellbit and it spiraled out of control.
