Summary
Jeongin was taken in the middle of the night from Haven Penitentiary. He knew where his kidnappers were taking him: District Nine. The place where dangerous and magical individuals all hid, and the place where they'd kill him.
At least, he thought District Nine was the dangerous place. That was until one of its residents asked him why he'd been chained to his bed during an evacuation.
[Or, Jeongin is taken and finds himself questioning his protectors at Haven Penitentiary when the people at District Nine prove themselves to be connected to his past and surprisingly hospitable. Oh, and there's this really cute guy named Hyunjin there, too.]

“I didn’t know angels were real,” Hyunjin did know angels are real, or at least believe they are. But why not play it up.
“Pardon?” The blonde looked up from his phone. He hadn’t heard Hyunjin speak. He should have just said “nothing” and dropped it but now that the blonde was looking at him expectantly- he had to keep going.“I said I didn’t know angels were real,” he repeated.
The other smirked, “what’s your name?”
“Hwang Hyunjin.”
His smile widened, “are you implying I’m an angel, Hwang Hyunjin?”

Hyunjin meets his pretty, blonde, gay awakening. A boy with a dangerous job, a dangerous life and so many more secrets than Hyunjin can comprehend. A boy who might just not be human.
