"I'm swamped these next couple months, just shoot me an email," Bruce suggested, knowing full well that he was going to avoid Clark and the League until the wedding was over and done with. Maybe then he wouldn't feel heartbroken anymore and his chest would squeeze in pain at the idea of Clark never being his.
