Einar presses his nose into the crook of Thorfinn's neck, earning a small giggle from the smaller man. His lips press a sloppy trail of kisses down Thorfinn’s skin, each one lingering a moment too long, especially over the fluttering pulse at his Adam’s apple. He can feel the vibrations as the blond swallows, and Einar's heart leaps when he hears the shaky sigh that slips from his lips.
Thorfinn’s hand travels up, fingers finding their way into the tangled mess of Einar’s hair, gripping the fiery strands. "That tickles," he chuckles. He's trying not to laugh but the sensation sends a rush of warmth straight to his stomach.
"Mmm, sorry," Einar murmurs, his breath warm against Thorfinn's skin. His lips linger at the junction where Thorfinn’s jawline meets his neck, pressing a gentle, almost reverent kiss there before he reluctantly pulls away.
Their eyes meet—blue clashing with brown—in a look that’s too intense for the moment. They're both grinning, smiles wide enough to nearly split their faces. A beat passes, then two, and they both burst out laughing with their heads falling forward and knocking together.
God, they're so fucking high.
