Summary
Toji had never been one to let a setback be seen as a disability. So what if he can't mold chakra in his new body? He didn't need jujutsu to be strong in his past life and he sure as hell didn't need ninjutsu to be strong in this one. Human's were made of flesh and blood, and if it bled, he could kill it.
