Jongho knows that as far as things go, he doesn’t quite fit in the definition of handsome nor he is close to what is considered an appetizing addition to a pack. He knows that not being on the touchy side when it comes to friendships is a big minus point in the imaginary curriculum that should score him a spot – a place where he belongs – in a group - the so called family of choice – and that his slow approach to relationships is often interpreted as utter disinterest instead of caution. That he is consequently a virgin, perhaps it could attract some of the weirdos out there who are into that stuff, so even the latter he wouldn’t consider positive.

If you asked Jongho what he thought he'd be doing after high school he wasn't sure what he would've told you. He wasn’t the most popular person in school, his grades were decent, and he worked two jobs to pay rent. He didn’t have much time to make friends, and when he thought back on it there wasn’t a ton of regret there.
His only regret might be the fact that he makes money working in a maid cafe, dressed in frilly skirts and matching headbands. Or maybe it was the fact that he let the one good thing that found him slip away? Life wasn't a fairytale, Jongho knew that, so why did it hurt so much to let him go?

“Baby, you haven’t been yourself for days now,” San pointed out again. “Something clearly happened, and it has you very upset. And none of us can stand it when our baby bear is upset.”
“It doesn’t matter, hyungie,” Jongho’s eyes were shining with tears now, which was incredibly concerning for San and Wooyoung because Jongho rarely cried. “It’s my own fault anyway. I should never-” he cut himself off. “Please just let it go.”
“You slept together,” Wooyoung said. It was a statement rather than a question.
Jongho’s eyes went wide before turning sad, and he nodded, a single tear breaking loose and falling down his puffy cheek.
One night clouded by alcohol and repressed feelings leads to a decision that leaves Yeosang and Jongho at an awkward impasse. Naturally, Wooyoung decides to involve himself and fix the situation. Surprisingly, Wooyoung's nosiness and lack of boundaries works out in everyone's favor.
