"Since my relocation with Colin is happening in two weeks at most, we have a proposition to make," Penelope begins, diplomatic and affectionate as ever toward Eloise.
Even though she's fallen in love with Colin, that doesn't mean she's stopped caring about Eloise.

"Did he by any chance mention that he has no intention of staying at home with two lovebirds who will probably have noisy sex on every available surface while he's in his room relaxing after a long day at work?" she asks, chuckling.
Colin smiles at her amusedly. "You almost guessed everything he told us, word for word."
