Summary
If Ellie was anything other than nervous to the point of shitting her pants, she might laugh at the way Joel’s entire expression slackens with shock. To his credit, he recovers quickly, and folds his arms across his chest, leaning some of his weight against the rail. It’s such a Joel stance that Ellie finds herself mapping out how she would sketch it, tracing the details of him with her eyes.
“Well that depends. What movie are we watchin?’”
At that, a real smile splits Ellie’s face. “Curtis and Viper II.”
-
Ellie told Joel she would try to forgive him. She's trying.

Summary
The future is bleak and everyone's fates are sealed.
Liberio has been massacred. Innocent people have been slaughtered. Marley has lost half their army. Sasha is dead. Eren has betrayed the trust of everyone he loves. Mikasa has lost the person she loves most. Peace has been abandoned.
This is prophecy. This is destiny. Unmovable. Until it isn't.
--
Or: After the events of Liberio, Eren and Mikasa get pulled into the Paths together. Wandering through fragments of the past, searching for a way out, both of them are forced to face truths they can hardly bear -- and truths they were never supposed to know. When each revelation links into a larger and darker design, can they figure out a way to change their fate? Or are they doomed to this cycle of revenge?

Summary
On the third night sleep came in bits and pieces. Unable to fight it off any longer, Mikasa drifted in and out of restless slumber, slamming her eyes open with a gasp every hour, until finally, it wasn’t so hard to keep her eyes peeled.
“Mikasa.”
She startled to her left. She hadn’t even noticed Eren stir. But he was fully awake, legs dangling off his bed, his wide eyes blinking at her.
“Haven’t you slept?”

Summary
Harry and Ginny - what the beginning of their story might look like if things had been a little easier on them growing up. (I.e. Harry grows up with Sirius, Voldemort never returns). Based on Taylor Swift's most famous song...and one Ginny definitely would've vibed with.
-
Ginny gasps. “What’s that supposed to mean?!”
“You love bad ideas. You specialise in bad ideas.”
“Bad ideas love me.”
Harry watches her take a rather large gulp, and as if in a trance, the words leave his mouth. “They certainly suit you.” -

Summary
The war is over. They won. It should be over. Harry should not feel emptier than he did before. Ginny should not be losing her mind. They should be moving on. The papers should not still be so invested in the ins and outs of Harry Potter's life. Harry and Ginny should not pretend to date just to make their lives and their family's lives easier. It should not be at all complicated. And yet...

Takes place right after Part II
On her way back to Jackson, Ellie spends the night in an abandoned little cabin in the woods. If she had known that the cabin would teleport her into a world where the cordyceps doesn't exist and Joel is very much alive, she'd have made a ten mile detour around it.
But as it is, she's stuck in a modern Jackson now and neither she nor Joel have any idea how to get her back. Ellie has no choice but to confront her demons, and Joel—
Well, he has a few demons of his own to deal with.

Summary
An hour from dawn, just as Ellie catches the first strains of fluting birdsong, she hears that rustle again. She keeps her eyes squeezed shut and holds very still as Joel’s boots crunch their way over the six feet of dead grass in between their sleeping spots; as he breathes in once, noisily, like he wants to say something; as something heavy and warm drops over her body.
Joel’s jacket doesn’t smell very nice—like him—but it’s better than nothing.
Ellie goes through the stages of infection.

Summary
Ginny feels stupid and embarrassed, and fine, it’s not like she expected him to be thrilled about being cosmically bound to his best mate’s little sister, but "I think you’re nice" is somehow worse than every time he pretended not to notice her blush.
So fine. She’s Harry Potter’s soulmate, but Harry Potter isn’t hers.
According to Harry Potter, anyway.
