Summary
It was so easy for Till to get away with these things. Almost too easy.
His anger pushes people away, in a sense. It keeps people at arm's length, even Ivan. The closeness is tempting, so tempting, but something keeps him scared. Everything keeps him scared.
Or
Till learns that he doesn't have to be alone, and Ivan is there to prove that.

Summary
In the locker room after practice, the boys jostle each other, slinging their sweaty jerseys over their bare backs.
They laugh, discussing the obscene ways the body can twist and turn. How to suck a hickey along the column on another’s throat. How to cup a breast with the right amount of pressure. How to kiss between the thighs. But no one, no one talks about how to best pluck an eyelash from underneath the bruised eye of a boy one has revolved around their whole life. How to catch and bear the heaviness of a wish never made.
(Or: After a rough encounter with Urak, Till calls Ivan over. They sit together in the water and let it carry them through.)

Summary
"Sick of these nights to come, to be engulfed in silence..."
Till ignores him and paces, back and forth, back and forth.
"In your gaze, where I'm seen, consume me, yes, me..."
Back and forth, back and forth, lungs heaving.
"To this everlasting melody, face to face..."
Finally, Ivan stops singing. Till can feel his gaze bearing into his back.
"You know, this is a duet," the older man says, matter-of-factly. "It'd be nice if you'd sing with me and make use of our last practice session like we're supposed to be doing."
