Summary
He was tired of being a bug under glass in regards to Seireitei.
He was getting his powers back but he didn't want to fight any more. Thus Ichigo goes to Tokyo to go to college and manage the Japanese Phantomhive Estate for the Phantomhive family.
He wasn't expecting for things to go so much better for him in the long run.
