It makes Mitsuki’s skin stretch across his shoulders and knuckles in ways that itch, that hurt. A roll of his shoulders, the hum of a catchy tune on his lips, and the day goes on. It’s time to open the parlor.
Three hours in, one and a half pieces down, and his phone vibrates on the counter. Mitsuki ignores it, even though it proceeds to go off several more times. When he gets to his phone forty five minutes later, there’s a plethora of notifications. There always is, if he’s honest. It’s a pair of messages from a certain nosy bottle blonde that catches and holds his attention - that hits the damn holding back all the thoughts, questions, and memories he’s been holding off on since he first overheard the news.
