Children. Jaune always wanted kids. A lot, actually. Maybe it was genetic, or something, or maybe it had to do with his career choice in high school.
No matter. He had more than enough on his plate, dealing with the end of the world, time travel, and an evil tree. If God wanted him to have kids, then they'd have to fall into his lap.

Summary
Before he's allowed to go towards the final destination from the Ever After, Jaune Arc is given a task by the Blacksmith. Instructions will follow, or at least, that was what was said. He didn't count on becoming a teacher, or to become the supervisor for four young women who needed to graduate after some on-the-job training. He just wanted to see his friends again, not be responsible for four women with radically different personalities and no real handbrakes on what they considered to be 'aggressive argumentations for their points'.
It was going to be a tough task to do, but you had to trust, even if you got vilified.
This was commissioned work.
