People are falling asleep in Gotham. A tech CEO and majority shareholder has bought large properties on opposing sides of Crime Alley. The Bat is out of commission.
That last detail is pretty convenient for Jason Todd. Barbara all but manipulates him into teaming up with the former Batgirls and Poison Ivy of all people, but he's not complaining at being "one of the girlie-pops." They're pretty damn efficient. Red Hood can be too, when his people get threatened and power-hungry billionaires start reaching for what they shouldn't.
(Background noise includes Dick pulling a Malone Operation across the bay, an AI datacenter about to burn, and someone in Gotham owning a hell of a sports car.)

It was a role-reversal Steph was slowly getting accustomed to. Historically he was prone to fucking her over and offering advice, like he wasn’t the one who’d fucked her over to begin with.
