Summary
The Narrator skimmed through his thoughts. Part of him wished he and Stanley would move on with the story, but he also wished—more than anything—for someone to talk to about this. He wanted someone to understand.
Or
Four times the Narrator needed time to figure himself out, and one time she allowed herself to the truth.

Summary
"We're free! Stanley, we're-" The Narrator's face dropped in sorrow as the realization hit him. His eyes fell on the man in question. Stanley simply stood there, unmoving in front of the skip button, no different than an inanimate object. He felt a lump form in his throat as he approached the man. Right, Stanley was still stuck in a skip while he had to wait years for him to come back. That damned skip button. He still has deep regret for that.
Or
A collapsed ceiling, a bright light, and a new hope.
(Set during the Skip Button Ending).

Summary
A few months, or even a year could have passed since Stanley's parole in the Parable. He lost count of the hundreds upon thousands of resets. But that doesn't matter now, not when things have changed. Not really within the Parable, but especially with him and the Narrator. A lot of things have changed between the both of them, but Stanley's glad to say that they're both on good terms, best friends even!
