Summary
One day, two women meet on the subway. The recently dumped Lena is recovering from a broken heart, and Kara is grappling with the open-ish relationship she has with her long-distance boyfriend. They decide that they’re going to become friends. The kind of friends who also have totally casual, no-strings-attached, nobody’s-catching-feelings sex. What could go wrong?
As Alex puts it: “Kara. This is the dumbest thing you’ve ever done. And I’m including the time that you set fire to your own hair and nearly burned the house down trying to do some spell you found on MySpace to make Troy Bolton materialize in real life and marry you.”
Or: Lena and Kara go around New York City eating food and banging each other until their feelings eat away at them, and Alex tries not to have an aneurysm about it.

Summary
Kara comes to the conclusion that talking to Lena is the mature thing to do. They are both adults in a stable relationship with open communication, there's no reason to feel nervous.
There's no reason to be nervous and Kara would love if her brain could understand the message because the first thing that comes out of her mouth the next time she sees Lena is;
"You're leaving lipstick marks on purpose."
It comes out as an affirmation instead of the question she had planned to subtly slip into their conversation during lunch.
Lena doesn't look surprised either by her abrupt entrance or words, she just reclines on her ergonomic office chair and shrugs with one shoulder, a coy grin never leaving her lips.
"And what about it?"

Summary
Lena wakes up in a hospital much to her irritation. She's in the middle of moving her company to National City and doesn't have time for whatever caused her hospitalization. Or, that's what she thought. But now she's being called Mrs.Luthor, apparently has a reporter for a wife, is already in National City, and has a dog. If it weren't for the tech developments she wouldn't believe it. So many questions at her unexpected success. For starters why is everyone so happy to see her and keep calling her family? Did she join a cult or what?
