Summary
His steps are a little hurried as he walks down the short hall to the door of Dazai’s room, stopping once in front of the cracked open door. He’s not sure why, but he just stands there for a moment, staring at the doorknob. He also isn’t sure why he hesitates when he grabs it (his hesitance made him afraid though.)
He lets out a deep sigh that comes from the very depths of his lungs before calling out for him.
“Dazai…?”
He doesn’t like the eerie silence that follows, as Dazai doesn’t answer.
With that, he pushes the door open
His eyes widen a fraction as they fall upon a sight that makes his heart swoop nauseatingly with dread.
Or Dazai struggles again and doesn't ask for help, leading to an awful attempt. Chuuya has to pick up the pieces and rebuild their relationship.
...If Dazai survives.

Chuuya enters his house. Closing and locking the door behind him, pausing after he turns around because there is Dazai, standing in the doorway to his kitchen in nothing but a shirt Chuuya recognizes as his and his undergarments.What draws his attention and makes his gaze linger, though, is when he realizes Dazai wasn't wearing his bandages (probably having expected Chuuya to be gone longer).
He knew the bandages weren't really for decoration, but he didn't think they were hiding this.
His feet are moving before he can think, and now he's standing in front of him.
He places his hands on him, so it isn't awkward, and so his partner wouldn't flee.
"I don't know why you feel like you have to do this to yourself..."

Or just Dazai breaking into and entering Chuuya‘s home after harming himself because of the horrible month he‘d been having, taking some shit and regressing some time after Chuuya gets home earlier than he should have. Cue comfort and Chuuya finally wanting to make things right, with the addition of heaps of fluff!- Language:
