Hiro had never really had anyone to rely or trust, aside from his Aunt Cass, that is. And even then, he had kept his distance, content with being alone, believing that loneliness was all he was destined for; content, but not happy. And then, Tadashi happened, and keeping his distance started to seem like a bad idea.
