When Ruby had woken up, early and energetic, she was prepared to go about the day the same as usual. It was going to be a good day, despite her not having any missions today. But less missions means more time with her team, so it was a win in her book. Today was going to be a good day.
But Ruby made the mistake of looking at her scroll after she woke up. She just wanted to know the time but her eyes glanced to the other side of her screen and caught something.
