Summary
Six years on from the events of Surrender, Surrender, the galaxy has changed dramatically in a short time. Alien life exists, and not all of it likes humanity back. Dr Elias Savage, young genius and self-claimed dickhead, is part of a diplomatic endeavour to increase goodwill towards the religious and xenophobic race of the Tylas. Given a blank check to carry out research for the sake of GaltCorp, there is only one problem lying between him and scientific glory – his haughty inorganic alien lab partner.
