I hope this letter finds you in good health, Sir.
I'm Jenny, the minister in charge of the foreign Relations of Mattel.
I'm writing to you today to give you information on the psychiatric evaluations we as the nation of Mattel are supposed to be providing.
The specialist who will be performing said evaluations is the former mayor of Mattel, Madzvie.
This might come as a surprise but before being the mayor she was a doctor here in Mattel, and now that she is retired from politics she has decided to help in this case.
Please be assured that she is completely qualified to do these health assessments.

That being said, if you need us to reschedule we can look into it but we can't assure you that the date can be moved for longer than a week.

Dear Saparata,
I wish today's letter would be a positive one and just a good letter between acquaintances, but today I write to you as the president of Luminara.
Normally the information I'm about to tell would only be told in person for security reasons but due to your current situation, it's going to be written in this letter.
